Shannon Wunderwald is an accomplished guitarist with over 20 years’ experience teaching in high schools as an HSC and IB music teacher, and has held the position of head of Music Department for over 15 years. He’s had experience teaching various ensembles and has been a band master and conductor in a number of local schools.
With over 20 years’ experience tutoring individual and group guitar lesson privately as well as in schools and for the City East evening colleges, Shannon has generated a wealth of experience successfully teaching students of all ages and abilities from toddlers through to adults.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor of Music (B.MUS)
- Bachelor of Teaching Degree (Secondary)
- Professional Musician and Teacher for 25yrs
Shannon is a passionate music educator and is available for the following services
Individual and Group Guitar Lessons (Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced Levels)
- Musical Style: Acoustic, Electric, Classical, Rock, Blues, Contemporary
- Instrument: Guitar- Electric, Acoustic and Classical, Bass Guitar and Ukulele
Music Tuition (HSC and IB tutoring, Song writing courses for adults)
- Music theory and composition / song writing lessons.
- Written exam preparation or Performance preparation and guidance.
Adult guitar Group class- beginners
Have you ever wanted to learn how to play the guitar? Now is the time to do it. Enrol in our adult group class with a friend or join by yourself and meet new people. This course promises to be a lot of fun and it’s for complete beginners or for those who’ve just started teaching themselves. Come and join us next term 2024 on Wednesday nights at our Kensington Eastern Suburbs centre. Book now as places are limited.
